YouTube Upload Schedule Planner

Turn a publishing pace into a calendar: choose your channels, the days and times you publish and your time zone, and see every slot for the coming weeks. The planner shows how many uploads a month that is and which Zeotra plan covers it, then exports the calendar as a CSV for Zeotra's bulk import. It all runs in your browser.

Quick start: videos per week

Days

The quick start just spreads videos evenly. The best days are the ones your audience watches: YouTube Studio shows when your viewers are on YouTube under Analytics, Audience.

Publishing times

Titles fill the slots earliest first. Slots without one get a placeholder (“Untitled video 4”) to change before uploading.

Building your calendar…

How to use it

  1. Choose how many channels you're planning for and name them as they appear in Zeotra.
  2. Pick your publishing days (or a videos-per-week quick start) and up to 3 times a day.
  3. Check the time zone (it defaults to yours), the start date and how many weeks to plan.
  4. Optionally paste your video titles, one per line, in publishing order.
  5. Review the calendar, then download the CSV (one file per 200 videos) and import it in Zeotra.

How the planner works it out

Uploads a month. Each video to each channel is one upload. A month is counted as 52 ÷ 12, about 4.33 weeks, so three videos a week on two channels is about 26 uploads a month.

Plan fit. Free covers 1 channel and 20 uploads a month (1 a day), uploaded one at a time. Pro ($19/month) covers 5 channels and 50 uploads a month (up to 15 a day) with CSV bulk import. Premium ($49/month) covers 20 channels and 500 uploads a month (up to 40 a day). Uploads count when each file goes up, not when you import the CSV.

Time zones. Days are counted on the calendar, not in 24-hour blocks, and each slot's time is read in the zone you pick, so a clock change never moves a video to another day or hour. The CSV writes times like 2026-11-01T18:00:00-05:00, with the offset that applies on that date.

Schedule it across your channels with Zeotra Pro

Pro ($19/month) connects up to 5 channels and imports this CSV as drafts with their publish times: 50 uploads a month, up to 15 a day. Premium ($49/month) covers up to 20 channels and 500 uploads a month.

Questions

How often should I upload to YouTube?

YouTube doesn't set a number. Pick a pace you can keep up week after week; the planner shows what that pace means in uploads a month, so you can check it against your time and your plan's allowance before you commit.

What's the best time to publish on YouTube?

It depends on your audience. In YouTube Studio, Analytics, Audience shows when your viewers are on YouTube. Use those days and hours here; the quick start only spreads videos evenly through the week.

Does the schedule handle daylight saving time?

Yes. Times are wall-clock times in the zone you pick, so 18:00 stays 18:00 after the clocks change. A time skipped when the clocks go forward moves forward by the gap and is marked; a time that happens twice when they go back uses the first. The CSV stores each time with its UTC offset, so it means the same moment wherever it's imported.

Can I plan several channels at once?

Yes, up to 20. Either every channel gets a video at every slot, or the channels take turns, one video per slot. Each upload goes to one channel, so each video on each channel is its own row.

How do I use the CSV?

In Zeotra (Pro or Premium), open Bulk import and paste the CSV. Each row becomes a draft with its channel, title and publish time. Then add each video's file before its time, and change any placeholder titles ("Untitled video 4") as you go.

Why is my schedule split into several CSV files?

One import takes up to 200 rows, so longer schedules come as numbered parts. Import them one after another. An import also adds no more drafts than you have uploads left that month.

Does Zeotra upload the videos for me at those times?

You add each video's file yourself. Zeotra then uploads it to YouTube as private with the publish time you planned, and YouTube makes it public at that time. Zeotra doesn't create videos or upload files on its own.

Is the planner free?

Yes, with no sign-up. It runs entirely in your browser, and nothing you enter is sent anywhere.
