How it works
Drag and drop locally or connect Google Drive. Zeotra accepts MP4, MOV, MKV, WebM, AVI, FLV, WMV — up to 500MB. Your files never persist on our servers after upload.
One click triggers our AI engine (powered by Google Gemini) to generate SEO-tuned titles, descriptions, and tags. Every piece of metadata is crafted for discoverability.
Schedule to the minute or let Zeotra publish immediately. Multi-channel, timezone-aware, fully automated. The video goes live. You go create the next one.
Capabilities
Upload dozens of videos in a single session. Local files or Google Drive — pick your source, queue them up, walk away.
Gemini-powered titles, descriptions, and tags. Multiple generation styles.
Calendar-based, timezone-aware. Set windows or exact times. Set and forget.
Track views, engagement, upload history across all connected channels.
Templates auto-applied by filename pattern. Connect up to 20 channels. Define your pipeline once — every upload follows it.

We're incorporated in Barbados, and Stripe doesn't operate there yet. PayPal is the only compliant processor we can use. Your credit or debit card still works — PayPal just processes it on the back end. You can cancel in one click from the dashboard; no contracts, no phone calls.
Zeotra uses YouTube's official Data API v3 with OAuth — the exact same approval pipeline TubeBuddy, Hootsuite, Buffer, and every other third-party uploader goes through. We're in active Google verification. Until it finishes, you'll see a standard "unverified app" screen on your first connect. Functionality is unaffected.
Videos stream directly from your browser to YouTube's servers. We never store them on our infrastructure. The only upload path that touches our servers is Google Drive (we fetch from your Drive and relay to YouTube), and even then the file is discarded after the upload completes.
OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM — the same standard banks and governments use. We can't access your channel unless you're actively signed in. Revoke access at any time from your Google account settings; we can't stop you.
TubeBuddy and VidIQ are overlays — they suggest metadata while you upload manually through YouTube Studio. Zeotra is the upload engine itself. Bulk file ingest, multi-channel pipelines, calendar-based scheduling, AI metadata at the moment of publish. They do analytics; we do workflow. Most serious creators end up using both.
20 uploads per month, 1 channel, 5 AI generations per month, basic scheduling. Forever. No credit card asked. No 14-day timer. No email drip trying to flip you. If you hit the cap, you upgrade — and if you don't, you keep using it at zero cost.
Yes. One click in Settings → Cancel Plan. You keep your paid-tier access until the end of the period you already paid for (no pro-rata refunds), but there's no auto-charge after that. You never need to email support to unsubscribe.
Zeotra is built by a solo founder from a creator background — the product exists because the alternatives got too bloated and too expensive. Questions go straight to the founder via support@zeotra.com. Early users shape the roadmap.
