1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Zeotra ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Service Description

Zeotra is a YouTube upload automation platform that enables users to upload, schedule, and manage video content on YouTube. The Service includes features such as bulk uploading, AI-powered metadata generation, scheduling, multi-channel management, and analytics.

The Service interacts with the YouTube API and other third-party services to provide its functionality. Zeotra is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Comply with YouTube's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines when using the Service
  • Ensure you have the necessary permissions for any YouTube channels you connect to the Service

4. Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload through the Service. Zeotra does not claim ownership of any content you submit, upload, or publish via the platform.

You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to upload and distribute any content through the Service. This includes video files, audio, thumbnails, descriptions, and any other materials.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of third parties. Zeotra is not liable for any content uploaded by users.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload content that you do not own or have the right to distribute
  • Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
  • Violate YouTube's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
  • Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the Service
  • Use the Service for spam, phishing, or other fraudulent activities
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems
  • Use automated means to access the Service beyond the features we provide
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without our written consent

6. Payment and Billing

Zeotra offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis through PayPal.

  • Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle via PayPal
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or PayPal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing
  • If payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until the payment issue is resolved

7. File Storage & Retention

Video files uploaded through the Service are temporarily stored on our servers solely for the purpose of transferring them to YouTube. Zeotra does not permanently store your video files.

  • Successful uploads: Video files are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers immediately after a successful upload to YouTube.
  • Failed uploads: If an upload to YouTube fails, the local file is retained for 48 hours to allow for troubleshooting or retry. After 48 hours, failed upload files are automatically and permanently deleted.
  • Duplicate detection: File hashes are stored to prevent duplicate uploads. The hash is a one-way fingerprint and cannot be used to reconstruct the original file.

By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to this file retention policy. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from the automatic deletion of files as described above.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Any data associated with your account may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zeotra and its operators, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or revenue arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Zeotra is not responsible for any actions taken by YouTube, Google, or other third-party services that may affect your channels, content, or access to their platforms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to the new terms taking effect by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
