Which plan is right for me?

Pick by what you'll hit first.

Channels or uploads, whichever runs out first decides the plan.

01

02

Choose Pro if: You run 2–5 channels, or you batch a week of videos at once.

50 uploads a month is about 12 a week. Multi-file upload and CSV bulk import let you plan a week across channels in one sitting, with 100 AI generations to write the metadata.

03

Choose Premium if: You manage 6–20 channels, or need more than 50 uploads a month.

Built for agencies and channel networks: 500 uploads (up to 40 a day) and 500 AI generations for $49 a month in total, not per channel. That's $0.10 an upload at full use.

Pricing FAQ

Straight answers before you pay.

Is Zeotra free?

Yes. The Free plan costs $0, needs no credit card and doesn't expire: 1 YouTube channel, 20 uploads a month (up to 1 a day) and 5 AI metadata generations a month. It's a permanent plan, not a trial.

Which plan should I choose?

Choose by whichever you'll hit first: channels or uploads. One channel and up to 20 uploads a month: Free. Two to 5 channels, up to 50 uploads a month, or batch uploading: Pro at $19/month. 6 to 20 channels or more than 50 uploads a month (agencies and channel networks): Premium at $49/month.

What counts as an upload?

One video sent to one YouTube channel. Each upload goes to the channel you pick, so posting the same video to three channels is three uploads, each with its own title, description and tags. An upload that fails before YouTube receives the file is given back.

Can I upload one video to several channels at once?

No. Each upload goes to one channel you choose, all from one dashboard with no account-switching. To post the same video on another channel, upload it again to that channel, which also lets you give each channel its own metadata. On Pro and Premium, CSV bulk import plans many videos across your channels from one file.

Why is there a daily upload limit?

YouTube's API allows each app a fixed number of uploads per day, currently 100 for Zeotra and shared by every user, until Google approves more. Each account therefore has a daily cap (Free 1, Pro 15, Premium 40) so no single account can use up the day, and part of the capacity is held back for paid plans so they can keep uploading after free accounts have used their share. Daily limits reset at midnight Pacific time.

What happens when I reach my limit?

New uploads pause; videos already on YouTube, including scheduled ones, are not affected. A daily limit clears at midnight Pacific time. The monthly upload and AI allowances reset at the start of each calendar month, or you can upgrade and the higher limits apply as soon as PayPal confirms the subscription.

What is an AI generation?

One request to Google Gemini that writes title options, a description and tags for a video (or rewrites ones you already have). You review and edit the result before uploading.

How does billing work?

Pro and Premium are monthly subscriptions paid through PayPal, with no contract. Moving from Pro to Premium starts the new subscription and cancels the Pro one in PayPal.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, from Billing in your dashboard. You keep your paid plan until the end of the period you've already paid for, then the account moves to Free and nothing more is charged. Payments already made aren't refunded for unused days.

Does Zeotra store my videos?

No. Files go from your computer to YouTube in small pieces through Zeotra's upload server and are never stored, so keep your own copy. Each file can be up to 500 MB, and the browser tab needs to stay open until the upload finishes.

Is Zeotra verified by Google?

Not yet. Zeotra uses the official YouTube Data API and asks only for permission to upload videos and read your channel details. Google's verification is still pending, so connecting a channel shows Google's "unverified app" screen, and Google limits how many people can connect until it's approved.

Is there an API or Zapier integration?

No. Zeotra is used through its web dashboard; there is no public API.
