Comparison

Zeotra vs YouTube Studio

YouTube Studio is free and does far more than Zeotra on any single channel. Zeotra only covers uploading, across many channels. Studio is where you'll keep reading analytics, answering comments and managing monetization. Zeotra adds one dashboard for every channel, AI-written metadata and CSV planning. Here's when that's worth paying for, and when it isn't.

Zeotra

Multi-channel YouTube uploader. Upload to any of up to 20 connected channels from one dashboard, with AI-written metadata, scheduling and no account-switching. Each upload goes to the channel you pick.

Best for: people uploading to 2 or more channels every week who are tired of switching between them.

YouTube Studio

YouTube's own free creator dashboard: uploads (up to 15 files at a time), scheduling, analytics, comments, monetization, channel permissions and title and thumbnail tests, for one channel at a time.

Best for: every channel, for everything after the upload; and for uploading too, if you run one channel.

Pricing comparison at scale

At 1 channel: Studio is free and is all most single-channel creators need. Zeotra Free is also $0 (20 uploads a month, 1 a day) if you want AI-drafted metadata at upload time, but it doesn't replace Studio.

At 2–5 channels: Studio is still free, but each channel is a separate switch and a separate content list. Zeotra Pro is $19/month for up to 5 channels, 50 uploads a month and CSV planning.

At 6–20 channels: Zeotra Premium is $49/month flat for up to 20 channels and 500 uploads. You'd keep using Studio, at no cost, for analytics, comments and monetization either way.

YouTube Studio comes free with every YouTube channel. Studio features as described in YouTube Help in October 2026; some depend on your channel's feature access. Every Zeotra limit is on the pricing page.

The verdict

Choose YouTube Studio if

you run one channel, or two channels you post to now and then. It's free, and nothing on this page replaces it for analytics, comments or monetization.

Choose Zeotra if

you upload to 2 or more channels every week and the switching, retyping and per-channel scheduling is the slow part.

Use both if

you run several channels: Zeotra for uploading and scheduling across them, Studio for everything after a video is up. They don't overlap.

Going with Zeotra? One channel: start free. 2–5 channels: Pro at $19/month. 6–20 channels or more than 50 uploads a month: Premium at $49/month, flat.

Frequently asked

Is YouTube Studio enough for multiple channels?

It works, one channel at a time. You switch between channels from the account menu, and channel permissions let one Google account reach channels owned by others. For two channels and a few uploads a week that's fine. When you upload to three or more channels every week, the switching and the lack of one combined schedule are what a multi-channel uploader removes.

Can YouTube Studio schedule videos?

Yes. You set a private video to go public at a date, time and time zone you choose, and YouTube publishes it then. Zeotra uses the same YouTube mechanism: it uploads the video as private with your publish time, and YouTube publishes it.

How many videos can I upload at once in YouTube Studio?

YouTube Help says up to 15 at a time. Every channel also has a daily upload limit that covers desktop, mobile and the API together; YouTube doesn't publish the number.

Does Zeotra replace YouTube Studio?

No. Zeotra handles the upload step: choosing the channel, the file, the metadata and the publish time. Analytics, comments, captions, monetization, A/B tests and edits to videos already on YouTube stay in Studio.

Can Zeotra post one video to all my channels in one click?

No. Each upload goes to one channel you pick. To post the same video on another channel you upload it again (another upload on your plan) with its own title, description and tags, from the same dashboard without switching accounts. On Pro and Premium, one CSV can plan many videos across channels.

Can I change a video's scheduled time from Zeotra after it's uploaded?

No. Once the video is on YouTube its publish time lives there, and Zeotra's permissions only allow uploading and reading channel details. Change it in YouTube Studio.

Is it safe to connect my channels to Zeotra?

Zeotra asks Google only for permission to upload videos and read channel details, encrypts the stored access tokens, and relays video files to YouTube without storing them. Google's verification of Zeotra is still pending, so connecting a channel shows Google's unverified-app screen.
