YouTube Bulk Upload CSV Builder
Plan a batch of YouTube videos in one place and download it as a CSV: channel, title, description, tags, publish date and time, and privacy. Every row is checked against YouTube's limits as you type, and publish times are written with your time zone's offset, so they land at the right moment. The file is in the exact format Zeotra's bulk import reads. It all runs in your browser.

Your CSV
Fill in at least one video to build the CSV.
Publish times are written with your time zone's offset (UTC), so they import at the right moment wherever you are.
Pro is $19/month, billed through PayPal. In Zeotra, paste the CSV into Bulk import, then add each video's file before its publish time.
How to use it
- Type your channel name as it appears in Zeotra and check the time zone (it defaults to yours).
- Add videos: fill them in one by one, or paste a list of titles, one per line.
- Add descriptions, tags, publish dates and times, and privacy. Problems are flagged as you type.
- Download the CSV or copy it.
- In Zeotra (Pro or Premium), open Bulk import, paste the CSV and import it. Each row becomes a draft; add its video file before its publish time.
The CSV format Zeotra imports
- channel
- Required. The channel's name as it appears in Zeotra (capitals, spaces and punctuation are ignored).
- title
- Required. Up to 100 characters.
- description
- Optional. Up to 5,000 bytes; line breaks become spaces.
- tags
- Optional. Comma-separated in one cell; 500 characters in total as YouTube counts them.
- scheduled_for
- Optional. ISO 8601 with an offset, in the future. Empty means a draft with no publish time.
- privacy
- Optional. public, unlisted or private (private if missing). Scheduled videos go public at their time.
Example (quotes wrap any cell with a comma or a quote, as RFC 4180 requires):
channel,title,description,tags,scheduled_for,privacy Main Channel,"Studio tour, part 2",Everything in my setup.,"studio tour,gear",2026-11-03T18:00:00-05:00,public Shorts Channel,Quick tip: framing,,"shorts,tips",,private
One import takes up to 200 rows. Planning more? Split them into several files; the upload schedule planner does that for you.
Import this CSV into Zeotra — bulk import is on Pro
Pro is $19 a month: 5 channels, 50 uploads a month (up to 15 a day), CSV bulk import and several files in one upload session. Each imported row becomes a draft with its details and publish time filled in, ready for its video file.

What columns does Zeotra's bulk import CSV use?
channel, title, description, tags, scheduled_for, privacy. Only channel and title are required. Tags go in one cell, separated by commas; scheduled_for is an ISO 8601 date and time; privacy is public, unlisted or private.
What date format does scheduled_for need?
ISO 8601, such as 2026-11-03T18:00:00-05:00. This builder writes your local time with your time zone's offset, so the time can't be misread and stays right across daylight-saving changes. If you write dates by hand, include the offset (or Z for UTC). The time must be in the future.
Does importing the CSV upload my videos?
No. Each row becomes a draft in Zeotra with its title, description, tags and publish time filled in. You then add each video's file from the Videos page before its publish time; a draft whose time passes without a file is marked failed. Files go from your computer to YouTube through Zeotra and aren't stored.
How many videos can one CSV hold?
Up to 200 rows per import, and an import adds no more drafts than you have uploads left that month: Pro includes 50 uploads a month (up to 15 a day) and Premium 500 (up to 40 a day). A draft counts as an upload when you add its file, not when you import it.
Can one CSV cover several channels?
Yes. Each row names its channel, which must be connected to your Zeotra account (Pro connects up to 5 channels, Premium up to 20). Channel names are matched ignoring capitals, spaces and punctuation. Each upload goes to one channel, so to post a video on two channels, add two rows.
Why do line breaks in my description become spaces?
Zeotra's importer reads one video per line, so the CSV keeps each video on one line. When you add the video's file, Zeotra shows the details it imported and you can add the line breaks back before uploading.
What happens to privacy on a scheduled video?
A video with a publish time is uploaded as private and YouTube makes it public at that time. The privacy column only changes videos without a publish time.
Is bulk import free?
This builder is free. Importing a CSV into Zeotra needs Pro ($19/month) or Premium ($49/month). The Free plan uploads one video at a time: 1 channel and 20 uploads a month.
Is what I type sent anywhere?
No. The builder runs entirely in your browser and makes the file on your device. Nothing is sent to Zeotra until you paste the CSV into your own account.
